Request a sample: If you would like to try out the product first, we will send you a sample set free of charge. This allows you to see the quality and benefits for yourself in advance. Just send us an e‑mail with your contact details and the subject “Sample request”, or call us directly. We usually send samples on the same working day.

Package sizes & conditions: The Lipomedical Post-OP disposable garment is supplied in practical packs of 10 or 50 sets. Each pack contains fully sterile disposable tops and pants in the size you need.
Graduated pricesWe offer attractive discounts for larger quantities. Please ask for an individual offer if you are planning a higher requirement for your clinic — we will be happy to provide you with an offer tailored to your clinic. There is no minimum order quantity beyond the pack size — you can start with a 10-pack and reorder at any time if required.
Delivery time: We keep our products in stock so that short delivery times are guaranteed. Orders within Switzerland are usually delivered within 1–3 working days delivered. For deliveries to other countries, we will inform you of the expected delivery time (to Germany and Austria usually approx. 3–5 working days). We try to realize urgent orders or desired delivery dates as far as possible — just contact us.
Shipping & Payment: Within Switzerland, we ship free of charge for orders over a certain value (details in the offer). Otherwise the shipping costs are passed on at cost price. Payment for clinics and practices is made conveniently on account with the usual payment period. For new customers or very large orders, we may ask for a written order confirmation or advance payment — you will find all the information you need in the offer. Of course, we are always available to answer any questions you may have about invoicing, contracts or delivery formalities.
